All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Ticket prices on this website are subject to change at any time prior to placing your order. Any additional booking fees, delivery fees, service charges and venue facility fees will be indicated to you prior to placing your order.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled or the user is refused entry whilst adhering to the event and venue’s restrictions/terms and conditions. Please also see the terms and conditions of the event you are attending as they may have their own refund policy that allows you to get a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all restrictions and terms and conditions as outlined by the event organiser and venue. If an Event is cancelled, the affected User will be offered Tickets to any rescheduled Event (subject to availability) up to the face value of the Tickets (where the price for the rescheduled Event is higher than the Ticket price) or, if the User is unable to attend the rescheduled Event or the Event is not rescheduled, a refund of the face value of the Ticket shall be given to the User. All requests for refunds due to an event being rescheduled must be communicated to SoulScene.com in writing to soulsceneuk@gmail.com no later, than the date specified in the rescheduled event notification.
If a user is refused entry whilst adhering to the event and venue’s restrictions/terms and conditions, then they must email the event organiser by 5pm on the next working day to request a refund. Requests received after the deadline will not be considered.
Performance dates, times, prices and cast are subject to change without notice. The seat allocated at time of booking is subject to change and the event organizers are entitled to issue a new seat of equivalent value and quality.
Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed and are only valid only for the event, timed entry (for non-seated events) and allocated seat for which it is issued. This ticket is not redeemable for cash. You agree by the use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which this ticket is issued. You grant permission to the organisation sponsoring, presenting and/or producing the event for which the ticket is issued, to utilize your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded video or other transmission or reproduction of the event for which this ticket is issued, in perpetuity, throughout the universe, in all languages, and in all media now known or hereafter devised.
You voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued. Whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. You voluntarily agree that the venue management facility, TheSoulScEne.com, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are expressly released by You from any claims arising from such causes, other than liability for death or personal injury caused by the Released Parties’ negligence.
Venue management and event organizers reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein.

The Promoter appoints Soul-Scene LTD to sell tickets for their event. Soul-Scene LTD acts purely as an agent and has no responsibility for the event itself.
The Promoter confirms they have made all the necessary safety, hire arrangements with the venue and contracted artists to perform as advertised.
The Promoter will register an account with Soul-Scene LTD and may then upload their event(s) onto the website.
It is the Promoter’s responsibility to ensure all event and ticket detail listed are accurate and Soul-Scene LTD cannot be held liable for any errors.
Soul-Scene LTD will add a booking fee to the ticket, which is paid by the customer. This booking fee to be approximately 10% unless otherwise agreed.
The amount redeemed to the Promoter is inclusive of VAT and it is the Promoters’ responsibly to conduct his tax affairs accordingly.
Soul-Scene LTD will provide the Promoter with a report following the event, detailing tickets sold and remittance due.
Payments will be made 5 working days following the event by BACS transfer. No payments will be made before an event has taken place.
It is your responsibility to enter and update your payment details and inform us which account you would like payment to be made to. Soul-Scene LTD take no responsibility if any payments are made to the wrong account.
Should any overpayment be made in error by Soul-Scene LTD it is the responsibility of the event organisers/directors to notify us immediately. Overpayments must be returned immediately upon notification. The event and its organisers/directors are personally liable for repaying these funds.
In the instance of complaints about the event being received by Soul-Scene LTD, we reserve the right to withhold payment for up to 1 month, to resolve any disputes with customers (this time period may change).
